As an apprentice, you will work closely with our installation team to deliver cutting-edge projects for our valued customers. From copper and fibre cabling networks to access control and CCTV systems, you'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
· Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services
· Gain insights into issues encountered during delivery
· Foster regular and effective communication within the team
· Engage in progressive onsite learning of installation practices
· Assist in resolving fault calls and maintain contact with Work Area Managers, and installation teams
· Manage stock control and materials management, notifying line management as required
· Strong desire to learn and develop, using open thinking; able to easily adapt to new ways of working
· A passionate individual looking to undertake an apprenticeship with an industry- leading technology employer
· To be able to work well under pressure and take instruction well
· Have gained GCSE Maths and English at Level 2
* Official Certification - Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI®) certification
* Pearson BTEC Level 3 Award Certified Network Cable Installer (Copper)
* Pearson BTEC Level 3 Award Certified Network Cable Installer (Optical Fibre)
* NRSWA Guarding and Lighting/Operative - Unit 2
* Once enrolled the Apprentices are eligible for an EPA (End Point Assessment)
* Eligibility for an ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) Network Infrastructure Installer (Level 3) Card
* Fluke CCTT® Certification
* Certificate of completion – Network Infrastructure Fundamentals (NIF®)
* First Aid
* ECS
* IPAF
* CommScope ACTI, ACTII and ACTIII
* Asbestos Awareness Training
* Fire Training
* Roc Health & Safety mandatory training
