Roc was founded in 2013, and in the first two years had secured multiple large contracts to deliver enterprise scale digital solutions solutions and managed services. This was the start of Roc's role as a major industry player, and we were recognised as the Fastest Growing IT Services Company by the London Stock Exchange Group and as the second-placed business in the Times Track Tech 250.
By 2018 we had acquired several specialist businesses. With our enhanced knowledge, skills and capabilities, several new contracts were secured across a number of sectors in 2019.
2020 was a great year of change. We invested in our leadership team and brought all our functions under one unified brand. We also moved our HQ into a purpose-built, sustainable office near Newbury and invested in an infrastructure fit for our ever-increasing and wide-ranging purpose.
Steady growth and the attraction of fantastic talent has been part of our story from the beginning.
