Founder and Chief Revenue Officer
Matt is one of Roc's founders and brings extensive experience across the tech sector, especially within the higher education industry. Dedicated to supporting strategic customers, Matt pairs deep industry expertise with a collaborative, long-term approach that helps organisations innovate and succeed.
Chief Financial Officer
Mike Brinson joined Roc in March 25 as CFO and was appointed to the Board on 1 April 25. Mike is a Chartered Accountant (FCMA) with significant financial experience gained as CFO at Pennant International Group having started his career at Leonardo Helicopters UK. He strives to empower Roc through data-driven, commercially focused, financial leadership whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and collaboration.
Chief Technology Officer
Chelsea Chamberlin leads Roc’s Solution and Technology strategy, ensuring continual innovation and focussed partnerships which drive outcome based value for our customers. Chelsea’s background includes designing and delivering software and networking solutions within mission critical environments. Outside of work she is a green belt in Kick-boxing and mentor to young women paving careers in tech.
Chief People Officer
Debby Dean leads People and Culture at Roc. With 25 years experience across multiple industries including Private Equity, Defence and Construction, she is a passionate advocate for positive employee experience, career development and wellbeing. Away from Roc, Debby is an active member of her local theatre community working on over 50 theatre productions including at Minack, Edinburgh Fringe and the National Theatre.
Chief Operating Officer
Andy Moffitt is Roc's Chief Operating Officer, leading all Services delivery into customers. Andy brings with him over 30 years experience in the IT Services industry gained at places like SCC and Computacenter. Outside of work, whilst his playing days are over Andy actively supports his local rugby club and holds a season ticket at a top Premier League football club.
