Roc, one of the UK’s fastest growing providers of business and technology transformation services to multinational private and public sector organisations, and recognised in July 2017 by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as one of the UK’s 1000 companies to inspire Britain, today announced the appointment of Trevor Rolls as Non-Executive Chairman and Antonia Jenkinson as CFO to its Board of Directors.

The appointments follow the recent investment in Roc by the Business Growth Fund (BGF), and the addition of Chelmsford-headquartered City Change Management (CCM), and reinforces the companies ambitions to build a global business and technology transformation services company. The pair bolster the existing boards experience and capability to oversee Roc’s future as a fast-growth, acquisitive and investment ready business.

Non-Executive Chairman, Trevor Rolls, brings over 25 years’ executive leadership in the technology industry, founding and growing three innovative and highly successful businesses within the tech services sector; Prime Business Solutions, one of UK’s leading Systems Integrators, Netcrowd, a channel services business, and TechPulse Group, a channel IT services group and now one of the UK’s fastest growing businesses in its sector, where he continues his role as Non-Exec Chairman. Trevor brings extensive experience in leading fast-growth businesses in the Systems Integration, Channel Services, Software, and Cloud sectors.

On joining Roc, Trevor Rolls commented: “Having known and worked with the executive management team at Roc previously, and observing their phenomenal growth over the past 4 years, it is a pleasure to be joining the board as Non-Executive Chairman. With BGF as an investment partner and the addition of CCM, Roc is now perfectly placed to accelerate its growth strategy. Roc empowers clients in the public and private sector to form their digital futures, and I am confident that the leadership team in the business can take full advantage of this dynamic and growing market opportunity. I am delighted to be working with the existing members of the board and also with Antonia, who I hold in high-regard and whose experience will be transformative as Roc executes on its strategy of accelerated growth.”

Trevor is also Non-Executive Chairman of Ocean Group and Derive Logic.

Antonia Jenkinson has extensive experience in the technology and innovation industry. Previous to Roc, Antonia held the position of Chief Financial & Operating Officer at the Satellite Applications Catapult, a government backed company on the Harwell Campus. Here she managed the company’s growth from a start-up in April 2013 to a £25m business with over 130 staff today. Antonia’s background is in corporate finance, private equity and the retail sector. She was previously CFO of Wyevale, the nationwide retail chain with £270m of sales across 130 sites and 5,000 employees. Antonia started her career at Accenture and then moved into corporate finance at Apax Partners and Altium Capital.

Alongside her position, Antonia is currently a Non-Executive Director at Vysiion Ltd and on the steering board of the Satellite Finance Network, working to bring venture and private equity to the space sector.

On joining the team at Roc, Antonia commented: “I am excited to be joining such a fast growing and successful company at this important stage of its development.”

Matt Franklin, Roc Chief Executive stated: “We are going through a really exciting time at Roc as our company transforms and expands. Both Trevor and Antonia bring invaluable and highly relevant experience of working in markets that strongly relate to where Roc is today and plans to be in future. They will make a significant contribution to the board and the strategic direction of the business, as we continue to follow our accelerated growth strategy. In welcoming both Trevor and Antonia, we’re extremely pleased to continue our track record of attracting the best talent in the industry.”
