Gatwick Airline Moves

Before the airlines could move, a complex programme of construction had to be completed. There were 84 construction activities, 42 major projects and a “to-do” list for the 72-hour switch itself with over 500 items. Roc was involved in the project since its inception, providing PMO and project support with a specialist project team of six people to manage requirements, stakeholder management and ensuring the plan of delivering BA’s new accommodation was managed and kept on track.

Magic Circle Law Firms

We have worked with an international law firm to replace their entire global intranet service. Roc managed the IT system design, deployment and testing, as well as championing the business change within the organisation, and all internal communications.

We have also been engaging with another large global law firm to centralise their HR recruitment system and processes. This project involved a broad stakeholder engagement approach to bring the diverse global HR teams along on the change journey, software selection and change deployment.

Our client, with 5,000 users across 26 offices worldwide was challenged with costly operating systems residing on expensive, end of life hardware which supported business critical systems including SAP, Documentum, and Oracle Databases.

Our team drew on our strong project management and in-house technical expertise coupled with external consultancy to enable us to deliver the project within the cost of the equivalent hardware replacement.
