Matt was the founder and Managing Director of Prime Business Solutions which he grew from zero to one of the UKs most respected system integrators in the space of 8 years. The company was subsequently acquired by a large integrator in 2004. Matt remained with the integrator and held several senior management and business development roles.
Mike is accountable for the growth and development of the business including all revenues, marketing activities and the services portfolio. Prior to joining Roc, Mike held a number of senior business development roles at leading IT service providers, including a team of 120 people and £100m of revenues.
Mike has more than 26 years’ experience of growing small and large organisations, having previously founded one of the first Citrix integrators in the UK and an early cloud start up in 2000.
Steve leads the company’s 24x7 managed and support service teams and brings more than 33 years’ experience in IT operations to the company. Having started his career as an apprentice engineer, Steve has both hands on and management experience across all aspects of the support and service delivery process. Steve also has extensive experience of business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to Roc Steve held Operations Director roles for 4front, NCR and 2e2 managing teams of up to 600 engineers.
Sam is responsible for the delivery of all professional services and back office functions at Roc. Sam is a Prince 2 and Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner and combines deep technical knowhow with robust programme delivery skills to ensure business outcomes are met. Sam has a degree in computer science, is a Fellow of the British Computer Society, Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Chartered Engineer.
Sam previously held several hands-on and management roles including Director of Project Services for 2e2 where he was responsible for a team of 100 people and a portfolio of 200 projects ranging from 10 days to £37m TCV, and Programme Director for a £15m complete infrastructure refresh for an MoD client.
Nigel is responsible for growing the business through our client management teams and ensuring we deliver excellent customer service. Prior to joining Roc, Nigel held senior management positions both in the USA and Europe with experience in Asia and Japan, and was Chief Sales Officer at the award winning BPM vendor TIBCO Nimbus.
Nigel is a globally recognised thought leader on Business Transformation and is passionate about helping companies dramatically improve customer experiences through process, projects and technology improvement.
Jeremy is responsible for the portfolio of products, partnerships and services that underpin Roc’s Technology Practice. Prior to joining Roc, Jeremy held a number of senior operational, product development and solution design roles in the IT infrastructure and managed services arena.
Over the last 15 years Jeremy has managed multiple data centres and teams in excess of 200 people. He has been involved in some of the most innovative and complex communications, data centre and Managed Service/cloud implementations in Europe, which have helped transform his customers businesses.
Rachel leads all aspects of Roc’s financial operations from the development of budgets to cash collection. Rachel previously held finance management roles at Panasonic, 2e2 and Sage.
A Chartered Management Accountant, Rachel has extensive commercial finance experience including the financial control and management of professional services functions of up to £80m of revenues.
Mark leads the delivery of all projects and managed services at Roc. In his 32 year career Mark has held roles including Major in the Royal Corps of Signals, Programme Director and CIO for organisations such as the British Army, HP, Cable & Wireless, Vodafone and others.
Mark has managed global teams of 500 staff and held P&L responsibility for budgets to £100m. Mark is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the IET, Fellow of the CMI and received an MBE for his services during the first gulf war.
Ed is responsible for Roc’s Business Process Transformation Practice including all revenues, propositions and service delivery. Ed previously held senior European and global delivery positions including principle consultant and Head of Consulting for TIBCO Nimbus.
With a background in ERP and process consulting, Ed has led many large and complex business process transformation projects and managed teams to drive continuous improvement.
Ben is responsible for all aspects of our Resourcing practice including talent management, sales, marketing and operations. Prior to joining Roc, Ben held a number of senior Recruitment and Resourcing roles throughout the IT and Retail sectors that included VMWare, OpenText, Specsavers and B&Q.
Ben has over 15 years’ experience of identifying talent and building a pipeline of skilled individuals against required timescales and agreed business plans. He has streamlined internal resourcing functions and as a result saved client organisations vast sums of money in the process.
