Role Summary

Day to day operational administration contract based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of the BMC Helix Ticket queues, Roc Cable Enquiries Queue and Fault

  • Arrange for Equipment maintenance, calibration, hiring and off hiring

  • Management of vans, including carrying out weekly checks, arrangement of servicing etc

  • Preparation of job packs, for each job

  • Tracking of jobs from start to completion

  • Management of stock and carry out stock control

  • Diary Management

  • Scanning and filing of job packs

  • SharePoint filing management

  • General Administration

  • Maintaining, processing and tracking staff certifications and skills

  • Holiday and sickness record

  • Security and Mandatory site training for all ROC personnel on site

  • Assist the Office manager when required and cover when required

Knowledge & Skills

Essential

  • Experience in Microsoft Office & SharePoint

  • Experience in service desk and ticketing systems an advantage
